Natural Nausea Relief: Aromatherapy Trio Blend

Feeling sick to your stomach is one of the most uncomfortable sensations. I’ve found immense relief from nausea and that queasy, unsettled feeling by simply adding a few essential oils to my aromatherapy diffuser. This trio is so soothing.
One of my favorite go-to blends for nausea relief is incredibly simple. All you need are three essential oils: lavender, peppermint, and rosemary. This combination works beautifully to calm the senses, settle the stomach, and clear the mind.
On nights when I’m feeling sick, I’ll place the diffuser near my bed and breathe in the gentle relief as I fall asleep—despite the discomfort in my belly.
🌿 Diffuser Blend for Nausea Relief:
- 3 drops of lavender
- 2 drops of peppermint
- 2 drops of rosemary
Add the oils to your diffuser with fresh water, turn it on, and breathe deeply.
Why It Works:
- Lavender has been shown to calm and soothe the nervous system.
- Peppermint is widely recognized for its ability to relieve symptoms of nausea and indigestion. Menthol, its main compound, has an antispasmodic effect on the GI tract, helping settle the stomach and relieve queasiness.
- Rosemary supports circulation and can ease tension-related queasiness.
This blend is a gentle, effective way to support your body. I’m sorry if you’re not feeling well and are needing relief. Sending well wishes your way!
Warmly,
Bre
